Over 1000 Km of Angola national roads to be rehabilitated by 2017

At least 1,600 kilometres of national roads will be rehabilitated by 2017 throughout the country, aimed at improving road traffic, guaranteed on Friday in the municipality of Cacuso, the Minister of Construction, Valdemar Pires.

The Cabinet minister, who was speaking on the sideline of the launch of the project of rehabilitation of the stretch of 68 kilometres Lucala / Cacuso National Highway 230, said that were already awarded 1000 roads at the country level.

The projects are supported by the Chinese credit line operational plan, and also has other credit facilities which are part of other works of rehabilitation of roads under the responsibility of the Ministry of Construction,” he added.
