Viettel looking to roll out 4G in Mozambique

Mobile operator Viettel has expressed interest in installing 4G equipment in Mozambique, in an investment that foresees the creation of a fund to avoid negative impacts in case of currency fluctuations, reports A Bola.

Viettel is present in Mozambique through Movitel, the country’s third-largest mobile telephony operator.

Mozambique Prime Minister Carlos Agostinho do Rosario commented that Viettel can count on the support of the government and invited Viettel to bring more businessmen to Mozambique.
