A delegation of the Angolan Development Bank (BDA) has held, since last Sunday, in Benguela province, visits to assess the conditions necessary to follow up the disbursements to five investment projects of local promoters valued at 4.5 billion of kwanzas.

These projects are in the services, agri-food industries, ornamental stone processing and steel tube manufacturing sectors.

The visits, which end on Tuesday, are being coordinated by the chairman of the board of directors of this financial institution, Abrahão Gourgel, according to a press release issued to Angop on Monday.

The BDA is a public bank created by the Government to finance the non-oil economy activity, within the framework of the objective of diversifying the Angolan national economy, with the National Development Fund (FND) as the main source of funds.
