Trade minister Joffre Van-Duném Júnior announced last Friday in Saurimo City, eastern Lunda Sul Province, that the decentralization of the issuance of commercial licence, in all provinces, in order to facilitate its acquisition, is one of the priorities for the current year.

The minister, who assessed the activities carried out in the context of the workshop on “Angola’s Accession to the Continental Free Trade Area”, emphasized that entrepreneurs should find a facilitated business environment, such as commercial licence without the need to travel to Luanda (country’s capital).

He also said that in this way the government would somehow be improving the business environment, so that entrepreneurs can invest more and more, without bureaucracy, in any part of the national territory, thus creating jobs and improving the living condition of the population.

To him the visit to Lunda Sul was fruitful, because he took the opportunity to listen to the private sector.

During his stay in the province he visited several commercial infrastructures and agricultural farms.
