“The access to financing through stock exchange” was the motto of the first meeting on Thursday between the Angola Securities Exchanges (BODIVA) and private business companies with investment projects previously identified.
The meeting aimed to establish a dialogue platform with Angolan business sector and elucidate the businesspeople on the stages that companies must follow so as to improve their access to financing through the stock exchange.
During the meeting, the businesspeople learnt about several issues such as the culture of accountability, cambial policy and juridical security to safeguard the consistency of the market.
According to a press note from BODIVA that reached Angop on Thursday, says the said situations blocked the development of companies and harmed the entrance of foreign investors.
Since the connection with BODIVA is established through the first meeting, the companies showed predisposition to jointly work with this institution, so as to comply with main requisites of the stock exchange and gain visibility towards local and international investors.
