Angola: China invests US$15M in agricultural project

The Chinese private agricultural project investment dubbed Jiang Zhiu has already blossomed in Chicola-Choloanga municipality, 40 kilometres off Huambo city, central Huambo Province.

The initial costs of the project estimated at USD 15 million has been applied in the cultivation of 1000 hectares of land, equipment acquisition and construction of supportive infrastructures as well as houses to accommodate the technicians among other measures.

The Project created 50 jobs for locals and 21 for Chinese citizens.
