Approximate reading time: 1 minute

Israel was announced to have allocated USD60 million of investment in Angola for a range of fields, such as a major solar power plant project.

Israel’s ambassador to Angola Oren Rosenblat made the declaration to press following talks with Angola’s Benguela governor Rui Falcao.

The launch of the solar power plant, the Israeli ambassador suggested, seems to be under the proposal of the government.

The envoy added that the Angolan province suffers from challenges in output as well as the distribution of electricity, driving the plan to establish the plant.
