Angola is expected to issue Eurobonds again in the near future, estimated to be between late 2019 and early 2020, according to weekly information produced by the Bank de Fomento Angola’s study department.

The information disclosed mentions that the issuance of Eurobonds will be conducted in one or more series, and the presidential decree authorising the finance minister to go ahead mentions a maximum of US$3 billion.

Analysts at Banco de Fomento Angola cite market sources as saying that technical presentations have already begun, and Deutsche Bank, the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and Standard Chartered Bank have been hired to set up the issues.
