The Integrated Development Agency of the North (ADIN) has already started delivering tractors in Cabo Delgado, the first batch of machinery made to be made available within the framework of the multiform support programme for communities.
The machines, to be managed directly by local governments, will boost production and productivity by ploughing land in preparation for the 2020–2021 agricultural campaign.
District governments believe that the results will soon be reflected in the local economies.
