Total is the new fel importer for the country, Rádio Moçambique reports.
The firm has won the international tender launched by the Mozambican Petroleum Importing Agency (IMOPETRO) on August 5th of this year, and will become Mozambique’s new fuel importer.
IMOPETRO director general João Macanja said that Total had offered the best prices of all the companies competing.

Starting from November, Total will be responsible for the import of more than one million metric tons of refined petroleum products, distributed through the ports of Maputo, Beira, Nacala and Pemba.
