A digital platform, aimed at consulting, monitoring and tracking all the data that make up the National Development Programme (PDN) was launched by the Ministry of Economy and Planning (MEP).

According to the Secretary of State for Planning, Milton Reis, who was speaking at the biweekly briefing for the 03 to 10 September period, the network, developed since last July, will consist of three modules, namely, “Data Collection Module”, “Data Processing Module” and “Output Module”.

He added that an information application, called e-plano, is also in the pipeline, which aims to make the PDN available to any citizen with a “smart” device.

He explained that the app will have numerous advantages, as its handling is simple and practical, without any administrative bureaucracy, totally free and accessible from anywhere in the world.

Milton Reis added that it will make available the 70 action programmes of the PDN, where the user will consult his/her objectives and goals.

He said that the MED continues to reassess the proposals of the system’s bodies for the General State Budget (GSB) 2021, taking into account the adjustments in expenses limits presented by the Ministry of Finance.
