Weekend: KwaZulu Natal healthy nibbles

It’s in human nature to crave, get some crunchiness and find pleasure in it.

But the question is what are you snacking with? It’s advisable that when we eat in between meals we must eat or snack with nutritional snacks that will not cause obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure or cholesterol. You will not miss it with KwaZulu Natal yams, sweet potatoes.

Did you know that cocoyams are rich in fiber and other important nutrients, may help control blood sugar, may reduce the risk of heart disease, may offer anticancer properties, may assist weight lose, they are good for human gut and they are versatile and especially when made into snack.
