Rwandans with Universal Health Insurance (Mituelle de Sante) will effectively get treatment for Covid-19, according to government announcement on Saturday.

According to a directive from the ministry of health, due to a surge of Covid-19 cases in the country, patients will begin using their insurance schemes to pay for treatment at all public health facilities.
