The French-African Foundation is now accepting applications for its Young Leaders program, which will take place in 2023.
The Young Leaders Programme’s theme for this year is “Unleash the energy,”.

The French-African Foundation, established in 2019, strives to develop generations of dedicated leaders in both France and Africa.
To compensate for the cancellation of the 2020 program owing to the COVID-19 crisis, the foundation doubled the number of Young Leaders it worked with to 100 in 2021, and the program’s laureates held a meeting in Paris and Dakar under the patronage of Senegal’s president, Macky Sall.
The foundation, which has the support of both Presidents of France and Rwanda, Emmanuel Macron and Paul Kagame, will bring together the new class for meetings, training, and special opportunities for professional and interpersonal exchanges during a week in France in June and a week in Rwanda later in the year.
In order to identify and convene the most potential Franco-African talents, the foundation launches an annual call for applications across Africa and France.
The Foundation is now seeking thirty young individuals, primarily from Africa and France, to join its new program cohort.
Candidates must be between the ages of 28 and 40 in 2023, exhibit leadership abilities, or have exhibited great professional capabilities in their particular industries!

Having a command of the English language is needed, while knowledge of the French language is not mandatory but is certainly welcome.
The application is open to all industries.
The winners will be selected by a distinguished jury, and the announcement will be made in May.
