Ethiopian Airlines Group, Africa’s leading airline, has been crowned as the ‘Best African Airline’ at the 2023 Business Traveller Awards.
Business Traveller Awards has named Ethiopian as the Best African Airline for four years in a row, since 2020.

“We are extremely happy to have won the much contested and globally acclaimed Business Traveller Awards as the Best African Airline,” said Mesfin Tasew, Ethiopian Airlines Group CEO.
“The award means a lot to us and it is very special as it comes at a perfect time when we start the New Ethiopian Year of 2016.”
Business Travelers pick the best airlines annually. The results are authenticated by an independent auditing firm.
Ethiopian triumph was announced at an event held in London’s Royal Garden Hotel on Wednesday 13 September, by the publishers of the Business Travelers Magazine, Panacea Media.
The Group CEO has extended his “sincere gratitude” to the airline’s customers for their strong vote of confidence.
“I also thank the hardworking Ethiopian workforce whose commitment to excellence has brought us thus far and will take us further,” Mesfin said.

The year 2023 has been very special for Ethiopian Airlines as it has won multiple industry awards from SKYTRAX World Airline Awards to APEX Passenger Choice Awards, among others.
