The proposal presented by the BoM provides for authorisation to create and operate systems, issue instruments or provide payment services.
“The establishment or operation of any payment system must be instructed taking into account the articles of association or articles of association, the identification of the partners or shareholders and the identification of the members of the board of directors, the relevant directors or managers, including information on their professional and academic qualifications,” it adds.
